The Afghan Voice
Giving Afghan speakers a true voice with native interpretation and translation

About me
My name is Lipa Safi, and I am an Afghan interpreter and translator, fluent in Dari and experienced in translating both Dari and Pashto to and from English. I’ve worked across healthcare, social care, housing, education, refugee support, and special educational needs. Whether I’m interpreting in a safeguarding meeting, supporting a family at school, or translating a document that matters deeply to someone, I aim to create calm, clarity, and connection. I bring cultural understanding, empathy, and care to every interaction. This work is deeply personal to me. Every conversation I help bridge and every word I translate is a way of making sure no one is left behind, unheard, or misunderstood. It’s about helping people feel seen, valued, and supported — in the moments that matter most.
